✦ MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER ✦
Hi, I’m Dr. Kaydee Zimmern, founder of Gulf Coast Pelvic Health.
I opened this practice because I saw — both as a clinician and as someone who has navigated the healthcare system myself — how often people are rushed, dismissed, or told their symptoms are “normal” when nothing about their experience feels normal.
Pelvic health is deeply personal.
Hypermobility requires someone who knows how to connect the dots.
Both deserve thoughtful, intentional care — care grounded in depth, not checklists or quick fixes.
At Gulf Coast Pelvic Health, care is delivered privately, one-on-one, and without rushing. Patients spend a full hour with a provider who is exclusively trained in pelvic health and hypermobility, and every plan of care is built through a collaborative, team-based approach. We don’t treat symptoms in isolation — we look at the whole story, connect the dots, and work to uncover the root cause.
Too many patients have been told their symptoms are “normal,” that they just have to deal with it — or that it’s in their head — instead of being offered conservative options and a collaborative plan.
You deserve care that sees you — and a future where you feel confident, capable, and back in control of your body.
